Email Archiving
Why keep something if you can never find it? Save time on eDiscovery with a Secure, Fast, Easy and Compliant Archiving Solution for your Email. New legislation means that more than ever you need to be able to maintain access to old historical communications and documents including emails sent and received.
RED5 Email Archive securely transfers and stores all your email data in an encrypted form and there are full audit trails, even for privileged accounts so you know who read what and when.
RED5 Email Archive is designed to help your business comply with IOM, EU and US legislation such as Sarbanes Oxley Act, Gramm-Leach Bliley Act and the Freedom of Information Act for e-discovery, retention and audit purposes.
Cyber Security
Security is at the core of RED5’s Cloud Desktop and Server platforms. RED5’s platform is hosted at state of the art secure data centres and protected using Juniper and Cisco enterprise firewalls. Protection against viruses, malware and spam is included by default.
As part of the transition to the cloud of your data, applications and users, multiple security layers and user controls will be implemented to ensure sensitive data is secure and employees can access only what they need. This will be aligned to match your business access rules and information security policies.
At RED5 we don’t just secure the cloud but your local and mobile environment. Disaster Recovery
RED5 hosts in two independent data centres on the Isle of Man, both equipped with state-of-the-art replication technologies to enable us to find and restore your lost or corrupted data. RED5 utilise Enterprise class Backup Technology to store and recover data for up to 7 years, automatically even from deep tape archives ensuring long term data availability if required.
Security is at the core of RED5’s Cloud Desktop and Server platforms which are hosted in ISO accredited data centres. RED5 have worked closely with both the Isle of Man Information Commissioner (Data Protection) and Financial Services Authority (previously FSC) in the development of its Cloud offering to address their specific requirements, in respect of the provision of outsourced services.
RED5 has implemented, and maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks of providing their cloud services in respect to the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
